Terms of Service

By accessing or using Flow Chat you agree to these Terms. The Service uses Meta's APIs and complies with Meta's policies. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Flow Chat provides whatsapp business platform. Flow Chat is built on the official WhatsApp Business API. Design no-code chatbot flows, launch broadcast campaigns, and let your whole team answer from a single shared inbox with full contact history. We may modify features, pricing, and availability with reasonable notice, while maintaining compliance with Meta's platform terms.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Report any suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] right away.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• send spam or unsolicited messages, or harass or abuse others;
• distribute unlawful, harmful, or misleading content;
• impersonate any person or organisation;
• violate Meta's platform terms, community guidelines, or messaging policies;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or quarterly cycle in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes. Charges are made at the start of each billing period. Non-payment may result in suspension of the Service.

You may cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and fees already paid for that cycle are non-refundable. Refunds are provided only at our discretion in exceptional cases.

abeen retains all rights to the Service, including its software, design, and documentation. You keep ownership of the content you create, and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Flow Chat integrates with Meta's platforms through their APIs. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or decisions made by Meta that affect the WhatsApp Business platform. abeen is independently operated and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or in-app. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
