Pro View is operated by abeen. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use Pro View.

We collect only what we need to run the Service for you:

• Account data - your name, email address, phone number, and billing details.
• Workspace data - song libraries and arrangements you add, scripture selections and translations you display, service plans, setlists, and themes you create, media files you upload for presentation.
• Usage data - pages visited, features used, timestamps, IP address, and browser or device information.
• Payment information - processed securely by our third-party payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

• To provide and maintain the Service, including running the automations and features you set up.
• To manage billing, subscriptions, and your account.
• To send you transactional messages about your account and the Service.
• To improve the Service through aggregated, anonymised analytics.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To comply with the law and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with service providers - payment processors, hosting, and analytics - who are bound by confidentiality and process data on our behalf.
• with the integrations you explicitly connect to your workspace.
• when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

Account and workspace information is kept while your account is active. When you delete content or close your account, it is removed from our active systems. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage of credentials, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information and review our practices regularly.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. Analytics cookies help us understand how the Service is used without identifying you personally. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

Pro View is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
